JOPLIN, Missouri — Newton County Central Communications received reports of a crash at Douglas Fir Road and Mo-86 around 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Redings Mill Fire Department, Newton County Deputies, and Newton County Ambulance responded. Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified.
Upon arrival, reports observed a car on its top in the east runoff creek.
The driver was the only occupant and was not wounded.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle was driving east on Douglas Fir to north on Mo-86 when it into the ditch.
Metro Towing removed the vehicle.
Traffic was affected for around 60 minutes in the region.
