Two individuals have been taken into custody for aggravated drug trafficking in Maine

Two individuals have been hauled into custody in Maine on suspicion of aggravated narcotics trafficking by law enforcement.

Two Men Arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking

Chad Fogg, age 42, and Joseph Moore, age 27, both of Lewiston, were taken into custody by the Lewiston Police Department following the execution of a search warrant at 251 Blake Street from the Lewiston Police Department.

Gun and Drugs Seized after Search Warrant

A pistol, 142 grams of fentanyl, 5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, and 2 grams of methamphetamine were each taken into custody by law enforcement officers. Additionally, proof of drug trafficking was discovered within the property.

Aggravated Drug Trafficking Charges and Parole Violation

Unlawful drug trafficking and violation of conditions of release are the charges that have been brought against Fogg. When Fogg was taken into custody, he was already on parole and subject to six different conditions of release.

Additional Firearms Charge

Moore is being charged with aggravated drug trafficking and having a gun when it’s illegal to do so.
