Trailer hauling energy drinks burns in parking lot

On Monday night at 11:50 p.m., reports of a caravan on fire at Love’s Travel Stop, I-44 exit 4, sent Joplin E-911 to the scene.

Joplin Fire, Joplin Police, and METS paramedics came to help. Redings Mill were told to help each other.

Based on what we’ve been told, the tractor-trailer was at the gas pumps when the fire started. The driver pulled the trailer to the front of the parking lot and unhooked it.

We’ve been told it’s probably a problem with the brakes.

There were a lot of Body Glove Energy Drinks in the video.

It took 15 minutes to put out the active fire, but it burned very hot and quickly. The whole thing was destroyed.
