Tragedy strikes: Four people killed in two separate NYC crashes overnight!

News from the New York Police Department (NYPD) says that four people died in two different accidents in New York City late Saturday night and early Sunday morning.

The Bronx was the site of the first crash. At around 9:30 p.m., it happened at the corner of Park Avenue and Claremont Parkway.

There were people in a Honda Accord that was going north when it crashed into a Toyota Highlander that was going east.

One of the cars flipped over and ended up on its roof because of how hard the crash was.

At least four guys were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital by emergency workers who arrived quickly. It’s too bad that two of the men, ages 24 and 25, could not survive their injuries.

The other two guys, ages 27 and 30, were also taken to the hospital, but it wasn’t clear right away how bad their injuries were.

The police worked all night to try to figure out which driver caused the accident, but by Sunday morning, they still hadn’t said anything else about their investigation.

A few hours after the crash in the Bronx, there was another one in East Harlem, Manhattan, that killed two people. At about 4:45 a.m., an SUV and a motorbike crashed at the corner of East 106th Street and Third Avenue.

Two people on the motorcycle—a woman who was 35 years old and a man whose age has not been proven—were killed in the crash.

The driver of the SUV, a Toyota RAV4, stayed at the scene of the accident, and cops haven’t said anything else about it.

The study is still going on, but by Sunday morning, no new information had been given.

Four families have lost loved ones in these two accidents, which show how dangerous the city’s busy streets can be, even late at night.
