Tracking sunshine and seasonably average temperatures

Tracking sunshine and seasonably average temperatures

Tonight looks like a great night for Mizzou football. The temperature will be in the high 60s by start at 6:00 PM.

By the end of the night, it will be in the high 40s, and winds from the north at 5 to 10 mph will help cool things down.

Tomorrow, there will be more sunshine during the day, but temperatures will only rise to the mid-70s in the afternoon.

At 3 to 6 mph, the winds will turn to the south, which will help central Missouri get a little warmer than it is now.

EXTENDED: I’m watching settled weather that will last all next week, with lots of sunshine expected.

With the help of the sun and southerly winds, temperatures will be going up all week, reaching a high point in the upper 80s in the middle of the expected period.

Then it will get cooler again, back to the low 80s, and stay that way until the weekend.
