SNAP amounts in December 2024
The maximum amounts for December 2024 will stay the same as they would be through September 30, 2025. A single SNAP recipient can get up to $292 in the 48 contiguous states.
Those with big family sizes will be able to receive the largest benefit payment. Keep in mind that if you are eight, you can receive up to $1,756. Alaska will once again be the state to provide the greatest benefit payouts.
Those residing in Alaska’s Rural 2 will get up to $586 (individual) and $3,516 (family of eight). Hawaii, Guam, and the United States Virgin Islands also make bigger contributions due to rising inflation.
