The San Jose police department said Sunday afternoon that they are investigating a dead car accident.
Police say that units are at the intersection of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Bayliss Drive because a man was killed in a crash involving two cars.
There were three people in the second car: a guy, a woman, and a child. They were all taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police say that starting at 4:30 p.m., Santa Teresa Boulevard will be closed from Cheltenham Place to Bailey Avenue for a long time, both going north and south.
