More forms available online

Many of these forms can now be found online in an easy-to-fill-out manner, which saves people the trouble of having to do it by hand. Also, some of these forms don’t even need to be signed anymore.
More than 30 forms have been changed so that they can be signed electronically. This includes 90% of the most popular forms used in Social Security offices. One well-known example is the SSA-827 form, which is used to give the SSA permission to access medical information. The internet version of this form can now be signed and sent.
