At Pierce City on Tuesday night, the New Heights Christian Academy girls’ varsity volleyball team played match.
Every set was close, with the Eagles winning by a score of 25-21, 26-24, and 25-22.
Some great individual plays by the Cougars showed that they were tough in this one. Toyn Fink had 16 service points, two aces, 10 kills, and 21 digs, which put her ahead of her team.
As a result of her hard work, Lilly Plassman got 53 digs, three aces, and 11 serve points.
The senior volleyball team at New Heights will play again on Thursday, September 12 at 5:30 p.m. at home against Sarcoxie.
