The fall season celebrations continue as October progresses.
Hundreds of people celebrated the holiday by taking to the streets for the annual Oktoberfest festival held by the city of Mondovi.
Numerous merchants, food trucks, beer tents, a petting zoo, an automobile exhibition, and much more were present at the festival.
According to Heather Schultz, a committee member of the Mondovi Oktoberfest, the festival is much more than just a fun occasion for the city, even though there were plenty of activities for people of all ages to enjoy.
According to Schultz, “one thing we do is make sure we are giving back to the community.” Therefore, 100% of the money earned for Oktoberfest remains in the local area, and we make several donations with it.
We provide donations to the local sports teams, the fire department, the ambulance service, and the food bank.
It was Mondovi’s sixth annual Oktoberfest this year, and the city intends to continue it for many more.
