Gov. Reynolds appoints Matthew Schuling as District Associate Judge

Matthew Schuling has been named a district associate judge in Judicial District 4 by Governor Kim Reynolds. The announcement came today in Des Moines.

 

Schuling is an assistant attorney general at the office of the state attorney general in Iowa. He is from Council Bluffs, Iowa. His first degree was from Coe College, and his law degree was from the University of Oregon School of Law.

 

Schuling fills the open seat left by the Hon. Donna Bothwell’s exit. She was previously chosen as a District Judge in District 4.

 

The counties of Audubon, Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby are all in Judicial District 4.
