(KWQC) — Quad Cities, Iowa and Illinois… To prepare for the QCA, you should rinse and repeat today. The mid-80s will be the highest temperature, and there will be lots of sunshine.
The remnants of Hurricane Francine will begin to travel northward into the QCA tonight, which will result in an increase in the number of clouds.
On Friday, this will result in cloudy sky and temperatures that are lower, ranging from the middle to the upper 70s.
On Friday, there is a possibility of only a few patchy showers because a significant amount of the moisture that is linked with Francine will evaporate.
As Saturday afternoon approaches, the skies will gradually clear, resulting in high temperatures in the low 80s.
Long-term projections indicate that the weather will be calm and pleasant, with highs hovering around 80 degrees with sunny skies on the majority of days during the upcoming week.
