Cloverbelt Conference Playoff Qualification Report Week 6

Clover belt Conference Playoff Qualification Report Week 6

As teams begin to determine whether or not there is a way for them to go to the playoffs, the playoff picture is beginning to take shape. Let’s take a look at how the teams that are competing in the Clover belt Conference Conference compare to one another.

Qualified
Regis (6-0, 5-0 Clover) (Forfiet from Osseo-Fairchild Week 9)
Stanley-Boyd (6-0, 4-0 Clover)

Eligible
Elk Mound (4-2, 3-1 Clover)
Remaining games: Mondovi, @Stanley-Boyd, Neillsville/Granton
The Mounders are in a good spot; they just need one more win to be sure of a spot in the playoffs. In week 9, they play at home against Neillsville, who has only one win.

Work to do
Durand-Arkansaw (2-4, 2-2 Clover)
Remaining: Fall Creek, @Mondovi, Stanley-Boyd
The Panthers need to win this week to have a chance to make it in. Their last two games are at Montagu and at home against Stanely-Boyd.

Mondovi (4-2, 2-2 Clover)
Remaining: @Elk Mound, Durand-Arkansaw, @Fall Creek
The Buffalo have a good chance of making the playoffs. They only need to win one of their last three games to qualify, and they need to win two to lock up a spot in the playoffs.

Fall Creek (2-4, 2-3 Clover)
Remaining: @Durand-Arkansaw, F Osseo-Fairchild, Mondovi
In week 8, Fall Creek will get a free win when Osseo-Fairchild forfeits. This means they only need to win one of their last two conference games to make it in.

Neillsville/Granton (1-5, 1-4 Clover)
Remaining: F Osseo-Fairchild, Regis, @ Elk Mound
Thank you for the free win this week. Next week, Regis will be in town, so it will be important to prepare. This is a huge win that N/G needs to get back into the playoffs.

Check back next week for an update on everyone’s playoff hopes.
