A victory over the Ellsworth Panthers was achieved by the Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks on September 20, 2024, at Fuller-Symes Field.
The final score was 32-15 in favour of the Blackhawks. This was the fifth victory that the Blackhawks had achieved in their history.
After Ellsworth kicked off the game, Baldwin-Woodville began their drive while they were still deep within their own geographical area.
Baldwin-Woodville emerged victorious in the end of the game. The Blackhawks had a difficult time gaining momentum, and in the end, they were forced to punt the ball.
Despite the fact that Ellsworth’s attack started at their own 21-yard line, Baldwin-Woodville’s defensive made a statement early on in the game.
Linebacker Gavin Sell was responsible for forcing a fumble, which was then recovered by defensive back Dane “Train” Veenendall, who then returned it for 34 yards, which resulted in a touchdown.
Taden Holldorf, a running back, was able to successfully convert a two-point play, and the final score for B-W was 8-0.
