Following allegations that she assaulted an elderly guest on board a cruise ship that arrived at PortMiami over the weekend, a woman who is 49 years old was brought into prison.
As reported by the local news outlets in Miami, Kelli Lyn Ryan, who hails from Huntsville, Alabama, was involved in a quarrel with an individual who was at least 65 years old while they were both in the theater of the Seascape cruise ship operated by MSC.
After the dispute became more heated, Ryan is accused of hitting the person who was being attacked.
The event was caught on surveillance footage, which prompted the deputy chief of security on board the ship to take action.
Dylan Ryan, Ryan’s son, was also involved in the event and was removed from the ship in Jamaica due to “excessive behavior.” Dylan Ryan was also implicated in the incident.
On Saturday, Kelli Ryan was taken into custody on a charge of violence against a person who is 65 years of age or older. On the other hand, as of Monday afternoon, she was no longer presented in the web database of the correctional facility.
