Disability benefit payments are extremely beneficial to people who have a qualifying disability. While the Social Security Administration has confirmed that there are only two SSDI checks left in November, there is a significant surprise for SSI recipients. Even if they have received their Supplemental Security Income payment in early November, the SSA has planned another paycheck for Black Friday.
This SSI payment for Black Friday was originally scheduled for December 1, but the SSA had to alter it and send it in advance. This is because December 1 is a Sunday, and the Social Security Administration’s offices and banks will be closed. To avoid any delays, SSI checks and direct deposits will be distributed on November 29, 2024. SSDI payouts, however, will not take as long.

It is crucial to note that disability benefit users who received Disability Insurance between November 1 and November 13 must wait until December for their monthly payment.

Who will receive an SSDI check of $3,822 on November 20 or 27?
This hefty check or direct transfer will be for those who were able to work for 35 years and earned the taxable maximum during that time. As a result, it is unlikely to get such a significant sum.
Furthermore, you must have worked in SSA-covered jobs and filed at the required age. On average, SSDI will offer a disability benefit payment of $1,542. If your payment is too low, apply for SSI because you can get both disability benefits.
