The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has stated that there will be no more SNAP payments in October. Some states are done giving out Food Stamps for the month, but others still have a lot of payments to make.
For a family of three, the last SNAP payments will be up to $768. For a family of four, they will be up to $975. You can get up to $292, and a family of eight can get up to $1,756. Just so you know, all of these payments include the 2025 COLA raise.
States sending SNAP (Food Stamps) in hours
Here is the full list of States that will be sending money to EBT card if you are an eligible recipient of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program:
- Alabama: October 4-23
- Delaware: October 2-23
- Florida: October 1-28
- Georgia: October 5-23
- Indiana: October 5-23
- Kentucky: October 1-19
- Louisiana: October 1-23
- Maryland: October 4-23

Some people who get SNAP may have already gotten their October payment. In November, some people may get Food Stamps for the first time. Check to see when your next paycheck will be in your state.

Some people who get food stamps might not be able to get the full amount. As a result, the amount of their checks may be closer to the average payouts. In this case, the average payment for a family of three after the COLA rise is $594.
