Aurora fugitive gets tagged on Facebook by police, he responds back

MO. — LAWRENCE COUNTY Police in Aurora and Marionville (AMPD) asked people on Facebook to help them find a man they were looking for. After they tagged him on the social media site, he replied, which made the comments part very funny.

 

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office says that Austin Huse, 26, of Aurora, was arrested on charges of driving a car without a license, resisting arrest three times for a felony, receiving stolen property, having a gun without a license, having drugs, breaking and entering in the first degree, and stealing.

 

On Sept. 17, AMPD published the following post:

Attention Community!!

We are requesting immediate assistance in locating a wanted individual – Austin Huse. He has outstanding felony warrant(s) for his arrest.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts, please contact our Dispatch at 417.316.6006!

AMPD proceeded to offer Huse a “complimentary stay – all expenses paid.”
