Jesse Watters explains on “Jesse Watters Primetime” how Congress’s reevaluated budget measure reduced the amount of pages from 1,547 to 116, but House members still rejected it.
Jesse Watters: Let me tell you a little story about Washington. In case you missed it, this is what’s been happening in the last 24 hours. The 1500 page spending bill that Congress tried to jam in yesterday just got hacked down to 116 pages. Congress just cut 1400 pages of spending. I’ve never witnessed that before. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years.

When Democrats learned that they would not be given a raise and would be unable to opt out of Obamacare, they began yelling, “Hell no!” inside their small conference room. When they don’t get their way, they start chanting. Adults chant.
According to the Trump campaign, this is the new playbook. We no longer have to wait as long to find out what’s in these secret spending legislation. We can read it on the Internet, and Musk can use his megaphone to broadcast its contents.
