The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has revealed the final SNAP payments for October. Some states have completed their Food Stamp deliveries this month, while others still have several paydays remaining.
The remaining SNAP payments will amount to $768 for an eligible family of three or up to $975 for a family of four. An individual may receive as much as $292, while a family of eight can receive up to $1,756. Please note that all these payments incorporate the 2025 COLA increase.

The complete list of states that will be providing funds to EBT cards for eligible recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program is as follows:

Certain Food Stamp recipients might not be eligible for the complete amount. As a result, their check amounts might align more closely with the average payments. The average payment for a family of 3, following the COLA increase, is $594.
